Enrico and Federico Terraneo, always been expert and passionate of logistics, founded Neologistica in 1999 as an alternative and innovative initiative in the logistics market.
The company communicate its philosophy by its name, characterize since the beginning by technology innovation and a continuous evolution and growth in a mature and extremely competitive market.
A concrete proof of the importance we give to the research and development of new solutions is represented by the Award “Piazza Mercanti” for the technological innovation, assigned to Neologistica by the Milan Chamber of Commerce in 2005, such as the design and development of the new warehousing and distribution centre in Origgio, unique on the European overlook.
The growth of Neologistica continues in 2009 with the opening of the new warehouses in the Origgio Logistics Pole, starting with an innovative automated warehouse able to managed 50 thousand pallet locations and 50 thousand boxes.
In July 2014 the Company further expands its storage capacity buying a new warehouse in the same Logistics Pole where it was already located, adding other 50 thousand pallet locations to its capacity, 25 thousand of them in an automated warehouse subjected to revamping.
The faces behind Neologistica
Federico Terraneo, after an Engeneering Management degree, founds Neologistica srl, a company operating in the third party warehouse and distribution. It’s business project is particularly oriented to the innovation technology management and to the study and the implementation of the company growth, that today counts more than 100 employees. Federico Terraneo also won the “Piazza Mercanti” Award for the technological innovation in 2005.
Enrico Terraneo, in its long experience as Director of the Central Services Logistics and Procurement in Bayer Italy Spa always behave as pioneering and innovating businessman. In 1999 Enrico Terraneo decided to realize his dream: become an independent business owner. With his son Federico he founds Neologistica and he puts into practise his great experience gained in the procurement, transport, warehouse and other supply chain fields of multinational companies.
Neologistica offer services in the market of warehousing and freight distribution of products of different areas.
