Whistleblowing Notice

Neologistica Srl has implemented, in accordance with Legislative Decree 24/2023, an internal reporting system to allow individuals identified by law to report violations of national or European Union regulations that may harm the public interest or the integrity of the company, which they have become aware of in a public or private workplace context.

What does the regulation provide?

In implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/1937, Legislative Decree no. 24 of 10 March 2023 was issued regarding “the protection of individuals who report violations of Union law and containing provisions concerning the protection of individuals who report violations of national regulatory provisions.”

Who can make a report?

The following individuals can make a report:

Employees
Former employees
Interns
Collaborators
Suppliers
Consultants
Shareholders and individuals with administrative, management, control, supervision, or representation functions.
