One of the main interests of Neologistica – in addition to innovation – is to work ensuring environmental sustainability. Isolation and insulation of buildings (panels’ thickness 150 mm), energy production through a powerful photovoltaic system (400 kWp) and exploitation of geothermal exceptional effect (warm in winter and cool in summer) are the cornerstones of the environmental policy of the company.
Neologistica supports and collaborates with High Schools and Universities, it offers intern opportunities and organizes projetcs that involves students.
Given the historical significance of an international event like Expo Milano 2015, and to avoid the demolition of a historically important building with great architectural beauty, Eng. Federico Terraneo, CEO of Neologistica, decided to purchase the entire Uruguay Pavilion and position it within the property at the Logistics Hub of Origgio (VA). Inside the Pavilion, a Uruguayan restaurant was opened, creating new jobs for the local community.
